The best design loses its value if it is not built as drawn. Architectural supervision is the designer’s eye on site: an engineer who follows the contractor and makes sure the façades, finishes and details are built as approved in the drawings.
We review material samples before they are delivered, follow blockwork, cladding, doors, windows and interior finishes, answer the contractor’s queries, and give you reports that show progress and anything that needs your decision.
