Contracts Management

The contract is what governs the relationship between owner and contractor when expectations differ. A clear contract from the start prevents many disputes later: what is included and excluded, when payments are due, and what happens if work is late or the design changes.

We prepare and review contractor agreements, then manage them during construction: assessing variation orders and their effect on cost and time, checking payment claims before they are paid, and handling claims, through to close-out and the final account.
