A construction project has many parties: owner, consultant, main contractor, subcontractors, suppliers and government bodies. Project management means one party holds all the threads and answers to you for time, cost and quality.
We set a realistic programme for the project and track progress against it, monitor cost against the budget, and coordinate contractors and suppliers so work does not stop because a material is late or a decision has not been made. We send you regular reports that show where your project stands and what to expect next.
We have managed individual projects since the office was founded in 2010, moved on to larger investment projects and, since 2019, to major projects — from private villas to residential and commercial complexes and hospitality projects in Oman.
