The structure is hidden after finishing, and any mistake in it is hard to fix later. So our structural engineer attends the critical stages: checking excavation and foundations, reviewing reinforcement before every concrete pour, and making sure columns, beams and slabs match the drawings.
We also review delivered materials and concrete test results, and record each stage before the next begins — so the building is built with the safety it was designed for.
