Structural design is what keeps a building safe and stable throughout its life. Our engineers analyse the loads the building will carry — its own weight, its occupants, wind and the nature of the soil — then choose the most suitable structural system: one that achieves safety without excess steel and concrete.
Economical design does not mean less safety; it means putting every column and beam in the right place. We set out the columns together with the architect so none ends up in the middle of a majlis or in front of a window, and we review the drawings with the MEP engineer so services pass through without breaking out concrete.
We provide structural design for villas, multi-storey buildings and commercial buildings in Oman, with drawings that meet municipality requirements and are ready to build from.

A soil test determines the right type of foundation and avoids both overspending and risk. We recommend it and explain what is needed for your site.

Yes, by choosing a suitable structural system. We study it with the architect from the start because it affects cost.
