Before you sign with a contractor, you should know what you are building and roughly what it will cost. Quantity surveying turns the drawings into numbers: the quantities of concrete, steel, blockwork, finishes and every item in the project, in one clear schedule.
That schedule protects you in two ways. First, it makes contractor quotes comparable, because everyone prices the same items at the same quantities. Second, it controls the budget from the start, so you know where the cost goes and where savings are possible before construction begins rather than after.
We also prepare the project specifications and tender documents, issue them to contractors, and go through the quotes and the contractor’s agreement with you before you sign.

Do I need quantities for a small villa?
